If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery.
We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.
While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible, if this happens we will contact you and offer an alternative.

Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until Brightside Brewing have dispatched the items to you.
Brightside Brewing will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.
You may return your items to Brightside Brewing, they must be returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received back to our offices. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty you must inform us within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at email@example.com.
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.
