Bitters are ubiquitous h’up North, and whilst we all do them slightly differently, a recipe that allows the hops (British in this recipe), yeast and malt to play nicely together is what we’re all striving towards. Everything in its right place as Thom would say. In Legacy, we’re aiming for that perfect balance and ultimate drinkability.
