Kveik yeast is centuries old and traditionally passed from family to friends and back again, is incredibly robust (can ferment at ridiculously high temperatures) and creates beers with a deliciously dry and citrus character. It’s always super exciting to taste how these beers finish. Brewed with Strata and Zappa it’s a super refreshing; we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
