For this IPA we wanted to pump up the volume again with the hops.
We’ve brewed with Topaz & Simcoe for a refreshing, resinous base, and then whacked it up to 11 by bulk dry hopping with Cashmere and Citra to bring a rush of intense citrus and tropical fruit flavours to the beer. It’s fresh and juicy with a lingering bitterness to the finish.
