So it follows that doubling this process levels up the sensory adventure.
In this DDH IPA, we’ve extracted flavours from the rest hops (Crystal & Cascade hop cones), and then used cryo-hops and hop extract (Simcoe & Citra) plus regular hop pellets (Centennial) during fermentation to bring you a hugely exciting, juicy, flavour experience.
